Our team has the experience and skills to provide independent financial advice and personalized planning solutions that help you achieve your future financial goals, your family, your business or your charity. All the advice or recommendations we offer will be given after assessing your needs and taking into account your financial goals, your attitudes to risk and any restrictions you may want to put on the type of products to consider. We are committed to providing the highest level of financial advice and service. The interest of our customers is of the utmost importance to us and, to achieve this, we have designed our systems and procedures to put you at the heart of our business. We offer a free initial consultation. This helps us understand your financial goals and will confirm how we can help you work on those goals. We will also discuss the cost and breadth of our services, both in access and in our entire relationship with you. Act This client agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Our general insurance and protection benefits – costs Just like our investment services above, we will provide you with a personal and financial assessment before making our recommendations. If you accept our (s) recommendation (s), we will arrange the implementation of this recommendation for you. The reasons for our recommendations are also made available in a written report.

We do not charge fees for our insurance and coverage benefits, as we generally receive commissions from the insurer. This service is not subject to VAT. These are organizations that platforms and providers make available to all financial advisors, with the sole aim of improving the quality of service provided by clients. Claims If you wish to file a claim, please contact GMP Independent Financial Advisers LLP from the Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street London N1 0QH or phone 0207 288 6400. A summary of our internal claims procedures for the appropriate and immediate handling of claims is available upon request and, if you cannot contact your complaint, you may be entitled to refer them to the Financial Ombudsman Service at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or by phone on 0800 023 4 567. Development and preparation of a recommended financial planning strategy based on your agreed needs and circumstances. We must take all necessary measures to achieve the best possible result on your behalf if we abandon or pass on your instructions to buy or sell an investment.
